Fruity Fro-Yo Bombe from Asda Part 5

Removed the frozen bowl from the freezer and put the white frozen mixture into the centre leaving a small well in the centre into which the Raspberry mixture went. Froze the whole lot again and pulled out of the freezer a couple of hours later and this is what it looked like.

You are supposed to use warm water on the sides of the bowl to release the pudding from the bowl but this was not quite as easy as the recipe leads you to believe. However we both tasted some and it was o.k. Not sure if I would do this again though. The final result looked like a watermelon.

Another hour or so and I thought I might have problems. The recipe requires a 1.2 litre pudding bowl. Looked in my cupboards and managed to find one, just the right size.

Smoothed the green iced mixture over the sides of the pudding bowl and refreeze again.
