Emailed De Agostini on Sunday about the printing defect on the week 4 magazine. Within one business hour (Monday 9.15 am), I received an email from their customer services confirming they have requested a new copy of week 4 magazine be sent out to me.
Watch this space… If it arrives in the few days I will be very impressed. This will be a good measure of their customer service. I don’t mind if companies make mistakes as long as they do their best to correct this and remedy the problem.
If the replacement arrives promptly minus any orienting defect, De Agostini will have achieved this.
In the meantime I have managed to complete the build for week 4 from just the pictures rather then the written instructions. However these weekly magazines will go into a binder as part fo the subscription and cost quite a lot so I am still expecting a replacement.
