Driving in the dark this morning, I suddenly realised a simple way of judging the Intelligence quotient of large samples of the population, visually, without the need to take a test.

Cyclists with dark, non-reflective clothing, often with raised hoods, who have no lights = stupid

Cyclists who use lights, wear reflective clothing = intelligent

There also seems to be a correlation between one of these social groups and not stopping at red lights, veering into the path of other cyclists, pedestrians and motor vehicles and often using feet as brakes.
