Customer Service

Had to order a replacement RGB LED strip for my music robot (post to follow on this). Ordered from a company on Ebay based in Germany that I have not used before. They offered the best price for this hard to obtain replacement part. It took a few days to arrive but arrived by the date they said it would, so was happy. Opened the envelope to find the new part safely wrapped in an ESD bag along with a small packet of Haribo sweets – now that’s customer service. I think all companies should try that. It’s not going to help my diet though.
